Sign in, and Spot starts every conversation already knowing your pets — names, ages, sizes, the profiles you've saved once at PetSpot and never have to repeat. It's the same Spot you'd meet as a guest, minus the re-introductions. Your pets travel with your account across the whole PetSpot family, so the profile you set up for a vet question works here too. When Spot remembers
This is where Spot stops being a very good stranger. With a Care Plan, Spot carries useful context between conversations — what you've shared about your pets, the preferences you'd otherwise repeat, the things you've told it across the PetSpot family — so you don't start from scratch every time. The recommendations are held to the same standard as everyone's; what changes is how much Spot already understands before you say a word.
For the whole household
A Family Plan is the same memory with room for the whole household — every pet under one roof, one picture of the family. It's not better advice or a higher tier of Spot; it's the same Spot, at the scale your household needs.
One thing that never changes
Whatever brings you here — guest, free account, or plan — the integrity rules and the safety bar are identical. Spot doesn't reserve a higher recommendation standard for paying members. Membership adds context, memory, continuity, and household scale — not a higher integrity or safety standard.
